Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team in Kozhikode. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping.
  • Optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee accurate inventory tracking and forecasting to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient warehouse utilization.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate records and identify any discrepancies.
  • Staff Management:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of warehouse and logistics personnel.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Logistics and Shipping:
  • Manage all aspects of order fulfillment, including order processing, packing, and shipping.
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor shipping performance and address any delivery issues promptly.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational strategies to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential operational improvements and implement best practices.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, including logistical issues, inventory discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
