Operations Manager

At Merfee, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee accurate inventory tracking and forecasting to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of warehouse and logistics personnel.
  • Logistics and Shipping: Manage all aspects of order fulfillment, including order processing, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
