Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Night In-Charge to manage resort operations during night shifts at our Everest Base Camp property in Mussoorie. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety throughout the night. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality management and night operations in a resort.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee resort operations during night shifts, ensuring all departments function smoothly  

* Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs during the night  

* Ensure safety and security protocols are strictly followed  

* Supervise night staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams  

* Respond to emergencies and handle guest complaints efficiently  

* Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards  

* Monitor and record accurate inventory levels, including supplies, equipment, and guest amenities  

* Monitor occupancy levels and assist with late-night bookings and cancellations  

* Prepare detailed night shift reports for the management team  

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest needs and requests are met  


Requirements:  

* Previous experience in hospitality or resort management, preferably in a supervisory or night operations role or front office or f&b role

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills  

* Ability to manage stressful situations and make quick, effective decisions  

* Knowledge of safety and security protocols  

* Familiarity with inventory management and reporting  

* Willingness to work regular night shifts in a remote, mountainous location  

* Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently  

* Proficiency in resort management software is an advantage


Salary will be provided as per industry standards.
