Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced technical consultant to provide application support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CRM and Power Platform solutions.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot complex issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, JavaScripts, web services, logic apps, Azure Functions, and service bus.Manage system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deployments to ensure operational continuity.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and deliver technical changes.Requirements:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical role.Experience creating plugins, JavaScripts, and Azure function apps.Expert knowledge of D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party APIs and custom integrations.Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-400, other certifications are a plus.Experience working with DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.Knowledge of SQL data migration and reporting tools.Experience with Azure services and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
