Senior Payroll Consultant OpportunityJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll consulting group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients across the US and Canada.Implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with 8+ years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.Providing technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada region.Writing fast formulas for payroll elements, developing BIP and OTBI skills, and working on SDLC and JIRA knowledge.Assisting in gathering detailed functional requirements from business stakeholders, documenting these in functional specifications, and conducting regression testing of RICE components.Reviewing open cases/issues, troubleshooting for resolution, and consulting on requested configuration changes.Ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries.RequirementsMaster or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Good knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.Preferred SkillsStrong communications skills (both verbal & written)Positive and learning attitudeAbility to work flexible hours including night shifts
