We, Trijog - Know Your Mind, are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a commitment to creating a positive work culture.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.- Employee Engagement and Relations:Implement and monitor employee engagement programs and initiatives.Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.- Performance Management:Assist in the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.Provide support to managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.- Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Support career development initiatives and succession planning.- HR Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.- Payroll and Benefits:Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration.Handle employee records and ensure accurate documentation.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Remuneration: 45,000/- - 50,000/- per month (based on the interview)
