Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective clients across India
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate and manage the sales communication between internal stakeholders and clients
- Prepare presentations, Sales MIS & client proposals in close association with internal stakeholders
- Follows up on sales deliverables with respective team members.
- Build, Maintain & Operate the Sales CRM System
- Assist and provide support for organizing events, programs, webinars, podcasts etc.
- Work closely with the creative agency and be the primary custodian of marketing collaterals, online content, website management, SEO / SEM activities, company’s social media profiles
Desired Skill Set:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Extensive knowledge of using MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Highly analytical and organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of work.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree is mandatory, post graduate qualification in related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in social media management tools is mandatory
- Proficiency in the use of CRM Software is preferable
