At Propques Services Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated Leasing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the leasing process of our co-working spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Leasing and Sales:
- Provide information and answer inquiries to assist prospective clients in finding suitable places.
- Schedule and conduct location tours with potential clients to showcase our properties.
- Promote available properties through advertising, marketing campaigns, and on-site visits to attract new clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication to secure leases.
- Accurately process leasing applications and lease agreements to ensure seamless transactions.
- Ensure units are ready for occupancy by coordinating with maintenance and management teams to meet client expectations.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all prospective and current clients to foster loyalty and retention.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
