Job summary:

The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for the creation and execution of

comprehensive trade marketing strategies from inception to delivery. They will

develop data-driven strategies tailored for new and emerging markets, while

conducting continuous market research to assess trends, consumer response, and

competitor activity.


Key responsibilities:


 Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in the end-to-end creation and execution

of trade marketing strategies

 Create data-driven strategies for new and growing markets

 Conduct consistent market research to identify trends, consumer reception,

and competitor strategies

 Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment with business goals

 Build strong relations with retail partners and distributors

 Monitor retail execution to ensure compliance with organizational ethics and

standards

 Track strategy performance and sales data

 Provide recommendations to improve future executions

 Regularly prepare trade marketing performance reports

 Own and drive growth in the Alcove industry by leading marketing

campaigns that target expansion across new and existing regions.


 Lead end-to-end paid and organic marketing campaigns, including influencer

marketing, paid media, content marketing, and partnerships. Collaborate with

business development to identify and engage potential partners and affiliates.

 Ability to effectively allocate budget in accordance with marketing needs


Skills and qualifications:


Strong interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making

3+ years stakeholder management experience

4-8 years trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field

Strong understanding of distributor networks

Knack for cross-functional collaboration

Proficient in Microsoft-office suite

Data-driven mindset

Strong understanding of metrics and a data-driven mindset

Ability to create actionable-insights through data analysis

Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

3+ year's experience with CRM, SEO, digital analytics tools

A proactive can-do attitude

Passion for brand building

Ability to handle numerous projects

Ability to take initiative and drive change

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements across different

jurisdictions
