We provide end-to-end services including marketplace onboarding, Merchant of Record (MoR) models, international shipping, compliance, and foreign payment settlement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with Indian sellers, brands, and distributors looking to expand internationally Pitch our end-to-end cross-border solutions, including MoR, logistics, and payment support Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients from across India Onboard clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure upsell/cross-sell opportunities Attend relevant industry events, expos, and networking forums to build visibility Requirements: Proven experience (3+ yrs) in eCommerce sales, preferably with an eCommerce agency, marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), or SaaS company Strong understanding of how Indian sellers operate and the challenges of global selling Wide network of seller communities, D2C brands, and regional distributors Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in consultative selling What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-linked incentives Opportunity to work with a globally scaling eCommerce company Exposure to international markets and strategic brand collaborations Comfortable office environment in Thane (Mumbai suburbs) Learning & growth support from senior global eCommerce professionals To Apply: Email your resume to hr@dmsmatrix.com with the subject line: Sales Manager – Cross Border eCom
