Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in talent management, event management, or a related field. However, we are also open to considering freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client and talent relationships effectively.
  • Ability to think creatively when suggesting talent options and developing presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required for events and shoots.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred.
