Front Desk Receptionist

To maintain the duty roster of the staff.
- Getting customer feedback
- Recording and closing customer complaint.
- Taking stock of the food products at the center, giving orders for products that are needed and maintain the record and accounts for it.
- Maintaining proper accounts and tallying the cash by the EOD.
- Handling telephone enquiries and following it up.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, both behind and in front of the counter
- Ensuring proper stock of products required for the treatments and other things required in the center.
- Take proper appointments for diet & treatments.
- Greet all clients with a smiling face.
- Have a proper knowledge of all the services and packages offered at the center.
- Help in selling the packages to the clients as per the target set & thus achieve the target.
- Regular follow up of the irregular clients.
- Any other duties as required from time to time.
- Follow the protocol set by the company for diet and treatment clients.
- Making of invoices for the 3 centers and Snaqme.
- Go to the other center if required on the diet day if the manager is absent.
**Technical skills required**:
Operating computer and knowledge of Microsoft office.
Knowledge of the services and packages at the center
**Soft skills**:
Demonstrable customer service skills and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable, high quality experience.
Excellent communication skills to ensure effective working relationships within and across centers.
Excellent command over the English language.
A polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful nature.
Exceptionally well groomed and presented and dressed according to the company norms.
The ability to work with discretion and in confidence, respecting guest privacy.
