We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, including welcoming guests, managing front desk activities, and providing general administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
