Front Desk Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support.
Location : Chembur
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Professionally answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain the security of the office by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor mgt system).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain the front desk reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative support as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
- Follow up & maintain AMC of office equipment's.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management or similar fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
