AppViewX has also been certified as a Great Place to Work in India, cementing us as an employer of choice.What will you be responsible for?Customer Success Implementation Architects play a key role in driving Customer onboarding, Solutioning and ongoing adoption and usage of AppViewX product.  You will lead the implementation of AppViewX solutions for automating customer IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure. You will combine your deep technical knowledge with an understanding of customer business objectives /challenges help customers maximize the value of AppViewX products.OnboardingWorking with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Design Architects, implement AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customersAddress customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.Adoption and Value QuantificationWorking with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Design Architects, implement additional AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customersAct as a trusted technical advisor by assisting customers navigate technical challenges throughout the implementation process.Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategyCustomer Experience/EngagementUse your experiences working with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customersContribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements. Roadmap PlanningPartner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutionsWork closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities. What do we require?Minimum 5 years' experience working in a technical implementation role / customer-facing technical roles (such as Customer Success Engineer, Solution Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert), preferably in a post-sales capacity, for a SaaS company with enterprise software productsOpen to work in US ShiftLove of programming, solid coding skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Java.Experience with web service development and using RESTful APIsUnderstanding of configuration management tools such as Chef/Puppet/Vagrant/Ansible/Salt preferredExperience with building Jenkins/automated test frameworks preferredDomain knowledge on PKI, DNS, Active Directory, cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standardsExperience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operationsExperience with PKI implementation processesExperience with PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, other enrollment practicesHands on experience with:KubernetesLinux / Windows server managementApache, IIS - application expertiseCISSP / CISM / CISA is preferredExcellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills with ability to learn new technology at a fast paceWorked and interacted with F500 organizationsExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skillsWhat's more in store? AppViewX is on par with leading global companies when it comes to the benefits it offers its employees, ranging from competitive incentives, health & wellness policies, saving & investment schemes, time off/sabbatical eligibility and dedicated L&D.What we consider equally important is the flexibility we offer our employees to – work remotely, define their own hours, and more importantly harmonize both work and life.
