Senior Salesforce Architect
to
lead, design, and optimize
scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise ecosystem.

You'll be the
technical authority
driving architecture, integrations, and compliance — ensuring Salesforce aligns perfectly with our business goals and healthcare mission.

What You'll Do


Architecture & Design

  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
  • Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with
    HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001
    standards.


Technical Leadership

  • Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end — from strategy to deployment.
  • Mentor developers and administrators; drive best practices and code quality.
  • Champion architectural excellence and DevOps maturity.


Integration & Customization

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via
    REST/SOAP APIs
    and middleware (
    MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica
    ).
  • Build robust solutions with
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
    .
  • Automate processes and enhance system scalability.


Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into architecture.
  • Serve as the
    Salesforce technical advisor
    across departments.
  • Enforce governance, security, and development standards.


What You Bring


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Computer Science, IT, or related field
    .


Experience:

  • 8–12 years in
    Salesforce development and architecture
    .
  • Proven record of delivering
    enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
    .
  • Exposure to
    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud
    preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Apex, Visualforce,
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    , Salesforce Flows.
  • Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns.
  • REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, CI/CD pipelines,
    Git
    , and DevOps.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
