Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
to design, build, and implement high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and document new Salesforce applications and feature enhancements.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Salesforce solutions and integrations.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive user journeys and consistent user experiences.
  • Prepare technical specifications, build prototypes, and create documentation for custom solutions.
  • Develop diagrams and visual models to represent current and future workflows and data structures.
  • Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency by enhancing existing processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise platforms and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Participate in code reviews, uphold development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new capabilities, and best practices to drive platform optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    4 years of hands-on Salesforce development
    experience.
  • Strong expertise in
    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
    .
  • Solid experience with
    SOQL
    , and familiarity with SQL-based databases (SQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering, analysis, and technical design.
  • Hands-on experience with
    RESTful API development and integrations
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Working knowledge of
    JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    (preferred).
  • Experience with
    VS Code, Bitbucket, JIRA
    , and version control processes.
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms such as
    Snowflake
    (nice to have).
