Job Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain and prepare accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Maintaining Financial Records: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts to identify any discrepancies or errors.Fiscal Reporting: Generate weekly management reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.Payments and Schedules: Process vendor payments and manage payment schedules to ensure smooth operations.Account Finalization: Collaborate with auditors to finalize accounts and ensure timely audits.Financial Request Preparation: Prepare detailed fund requests to support business needs.Tax Assessments: Manage Income Tax assessments and file returns on time.Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file statutory returns, demonstrating expertise in GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters.As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with various departments, interact with external parties, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.About This OpportunityThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
