This role requires expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and experience working with HCM Cloud business processes.The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in HCM implementation, with a strong understanding of Core HR and additional modules like HCM Helpdesk Functional Module.A proven track record of requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live is essential for this position.Frequent client interaction and problem-solving skills are also required to succeed as a Cloud HR Helpdesk Lead.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirement gathering workshops and design configurations for HCM implementations.Work closely with clients to deliver results-oriented solutions.Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues to meet project objectives.Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.The ideal candidate will have personal drive, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.Skilled in problem solving, influencing, negotiating, and demonstrating organizational awareness and sensitivity.We're Looking for:Expertise in HCM Cloud business processes.8-10 years of experience in HCM implementation.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
