They will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:Overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.Leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.Developing and implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.Guiding internal and external audits and ensuring accuracy of financial statements.Partnering with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for long-term planning.Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to build a high-performing function.The successful candidate will possess:A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.Minimum 8 years' experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in the apparel sector is an advantage.Expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.Overseas experience is an added advantage.As a key member of the executive team, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
