Are you a proactive individual with a passion for technology, coordination, and diving into the details that make systems run smoothly? Twinhatch is seeking Operations Coordinator Interns to join our team and contribute to our innovative apps and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
App User Testing: Manage user testing for all Twinhatch apps to ensure seamless functionality.
Website Testing: Conduct user tests on Twinhatch websites to enhance usability and performance.
SEO Review: Evaluate content for SEO optimization and recommend revisions.
Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging social media posts.
Team Coordination: Act as the liaison between the Director, developers, clients, and team members.
Backend Admin Management: Oversee backend admin tasks for SK App and DiverX App on both Android and iOS platforms.
Platform Monitoring: Stay logged into essential platforms (Razorpay, Surepass, Twilio, AWS, etc.) and report issues to the Director.
Content Alignment: Ensure articles published on Twinhatch domains are well-aligned and error-free.
Diving Industry Updates: Share the latest news and updates on the DiverX App.
Poll Management: Post diving-related polls to engage DiverX users.
Data Improvement Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement data updates or improvements before escalating to the Director.
Aisency Platform Monitoring: Continuously monitor the Aisency platform for any queries from DiverX app users and provide timely responses or escalate as necessary.
