Intern - Legal and Compliance

Eligibility: Freshers, final year law students, and pursuing CS are welcome to apply.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our legal and compliance team at Twinhatch Legal Services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in secretarial compliance, legal research, policy drafting and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and regulations. Maintain and update company records etc.
2.Legal Research: Conduct research on various legal topics, including corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Analyze and summarize research findings, providing recommendations to the legal team.
3. Policy Development: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies and procedures. Ensure policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, including posts, tweets, and LinkedIn updates. Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments.
5. Other Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the legal and compliance team. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Freshers /Currently pursuing a final year in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) or pursuing a CS executive program.
2. Strong research and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and writing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
6. Basic knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
