**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar Council of Kerala.
- Proven experience as an Advocate minimum 3 years, preferably with a focus on civil and criminal law.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
