Job Title: Technical Audit ManagerLead Strategic Audit SpecialistAs a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for implementing the strategic audit framework across our organization. This involves developing structured reporting mechanisms to identify and mitigate critical technical risks. Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing and assessing technical data, documents, and business processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the audit plan, ensuring compliance with our internal audit manual. This will foster a robust risk-aware culture within the organization.Manage and coordinate tasks with team members to ensure timely completion of planned technical audits.Conduct internal audits of management and operating systems, procedures, and controls to determine compliance with policies, procedures, and international codes and standards.Review and develop continuous feedback through audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Establish effective relationships with department heads to foresee, highlight, and address risk-related issues.Submit accurate and timely reports that convey the results of audit reviews and provide actionable recommendations.People Management and Supervision:Supervise the technical audit work and reports, taking ownership of assigned internal audits.Motivate the team to contribute to change initiatives, programs, and projects aligned with our organizational standards.Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures:Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality work.Continuous Improvement:Contribute to the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programs, and projects in line with our organization's standards.
