Strategic Experimentation Lead

Optimization Specialists are in high demand, as businesses strive to improve customer experiences and drive growth.The role of an Optimization Specialist involves planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using industry-leading tools like Adobe Target and Optimizely.Key responsibilities include independently generating innovative testing ideas, creating structured hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights post-testing.Optimization Specialists must own the complete end-to-end experimentation lifecycle—from ideation to execution, QA, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying optimization opportunities and evaluating data from multiple sources.Built ad-hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, and automate reporting where required.Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams is crucial for success.Define KPIs and metrics for experiments, ensuring clear measurement and transparent reporting.Ensure 100% accuracy in test setup, configuration, audience targeting, and result analysis.Expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), DCM, and the broader AdTech/Web Analytics ecosystem is highly valued.Stay updated on platform enhancements, industry trends, and continuously refine optimization processes and methodologies.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and champion data-driven decision-making across teams.Essential Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate.2-3 years hands-on development experience (JavaScript, custom code, tags, experiment setup).2+ years experience designing, executing, and reporting on A/B and multivariate tests.Strong analytical capabilities with experience in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Expertise with GA4, Adobe Analytics, DCM, and broader Web/AdTech ecosystems.Ability to independently manage end-to-end experimentation workflows.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's or Analytics degree is a plus).Adobe Target or Optimizely certifications are a strong advantage.Preferred Skills:Experience working with dynamic personalization using Adobe Target or Optimizely.Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based product environments.Experience automating reports or building dashboards for experiment tracking.Familiarity with advanced segmentation, targeting, and analytics integrations.
