Job Title:Mortgage Document Review SpecialistDescriptionWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Mortgage Document Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents in our system to ensure completeness and accuracy.You will maintain and update construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.Your primary goal is to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, which involves communicating effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails.Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States is another critical aspect of this role. You will follow up to expedite order completion and ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the status of their orders.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate your skills as a Mortgage Document Review Specialist.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree and excellent attention to detail when reviewing documentation and identifying gaps. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors effectively.Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.A minimum of experience in US mortgage documents review process is required.
