Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst will lead the financial management of construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have worked in construction accounting/contractor accounting and have knowledge of percentage complete method of accounting.Main Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Evaluate the monthly close to ensure all general ledger accounts are reconciled and analysed with variance analysis.C coordinate the construction draw process to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:CA / CPA certification with 2-3 years of experience in real estate / construction industry.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Achieve business objectives through effective financial management.Opportunity to develop skills in construction accounting and financial planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.Others:We seek an experienced Senior Financial Analyst who can make a significant contribution to our team.
