Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst (research and marketing) for our client‘s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial analysis, marketing, and relationship management . You will play a critical part in supporting fundraising efforts by reviewing GP materials, analyzing performance track records, managing virtual data rooms (VDRs), and coordinating investor meetings.Key Responsibilities • GP Due Diligence & Analysis • Review and validate GP performance data, fund terms, and historical track records.• Benchmark fund performance against industry standards.• Prepare concise summaries and insights for internal and LP distribution.Virtual Data Room (VDR) Management -Organize and maintain VDRs for investor access.-Ensure accuracy and completeness of due diligence materials.• Draft and refine marketing collateral, pitch decks, and DDQs.• Support outreach campaigns and manage meeting coordination.• Schedule investor meetings, roadshows, and webinars.Project Coordination • Track timelines for fundraising processes and investor onboarding.• Liaise between GPs and LPs to ensure smooth communication and document flow.Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, fund-of-funds, or investor relations.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.• Familiarity with compliance processes (KYC/AML) and subscription documentation.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills • CFA or CAIA certification (or progress toward).• Understanding of private markets fundraising dynamics.Why Join Us? • Exposure to global private markets and institutional investors.• Opportunity to develop both technical and client-facing skills.• Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with growth potential.• Two-year Analyst Program with potential to transition into a senior • Opportunity to work in Japan after one year , subject to performance and business needs.To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to with the subject line “012 A” .
