Job Title OverviewThe Account Lead is a senior-level position responsible for driving business growth and market share objectives within assigned accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve business/revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts through effective account management, relationship building, and negotiation of contracts and bill rates.Develop and execute strategies to qualify leads, track, and develop them into viable business opportunities.Stakeholder management and team handling are crucial in this role, requiring the ability to communicate effectively, prioritize client requirements, and provide business solutions that meet both client and company objectives.Generate leads through contacts with existing client managers, deliver results, and drive elevated levels of customer satisfaction and retention by estimating partner needs, expectations, and goals. RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the technology industry, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.Minimum 4 years experience in Contract staffing/C2H, with minimum 1 year client-facing and team handling experience.Experience with VMS tools is an added advantage, along with demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top technical talent using various recruitment methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers, are essential in this role.Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent in a competitive market are required.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is necessary.
