Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead Meta performance, creative testing, and growth planning end-to-end.Develop and execute Meta campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands.Plan and run structured creative tests (angles, formats).Create, edit, and request user-generated content/scripted creatives based on performance.Optimize the customer journey from ad → landing page → checkout.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), margin expansion rate (MER), thumb-stop rate, hook rate, and run experiments.Identify new opportunities, audiences, and creative ideas to drive business growth.Requirements:2–3 years of real-world marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing.You’ve managed large-scale ad spends with actionable insights.Strong creative instincts — you can quickly identify underperforming assets.Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with in-depth data analysis.You can think strategically, write effectively, and operate efficiently.You enjoy experimentation and want to develop innovative marketing solutions.You move swiftly, deliver results, and prioritize tasks effectively.
