Client Engagement and Services Lead

We are seeking a Client Engagement and Services Lead to enhance our client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Position Overview: As the Client Engagement and Services Lead you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This remote role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of client engagement and service management ready to take our client relationships to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction ensuring longterm partnerships.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients ensuring projects are executed on time within scope and meet quality standards.
- Feedback Mechanism: Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to gather client insights address concerns and drive continuous improvement.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with design marketing and development teams to align services with client needs and expectations.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding clients evolving needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and satisfaction providing regular reports to senior management.
- Training and Development: Support the development and training of team members to enhance service delivery and client management skills.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in client engagement account management or a related field preferably within a design or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes and the digital product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisionmaking and improvements.
- Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a clientfocused mindset.
