This key position requires an exceptional blend of analytical prowess, creative vision, and operational acumen.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research and financial modelling to inform business development strategies.Develop and refine comprehensive business plans, investor decks, and strategic recommendation notes.Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with designers, galleries, cultural institutions, real estate collaborators, and investors.Analyze global best practices in luxury design, real estate innovation, and public art programming to stay ahead of industry trends.Present findings in concise, actionable reports for senior leadership, informing key business decisions.Monitor competitor movements, policy changes, and sector trends across real estate and culture.Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, operational accountability, and seamless collaboration.Maintain dynamic trackers and master dashboards for ongoing initiatives, providing critical insights into performance and progress.Anticipate challenges and propose strategic or operational solutions proactively.Support fundraising efforts, sponsorship deck development, institutional partnerships, and programme budgeting for PATI leadership.Assist in planning and executing high-profile cultural events, artist residencies, and other artistic engagements.Draft clear, compelling communication materials, briefings, and board notes that accurately reflect the Chairwoman's voice and strategic intent.Manage the Executive Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities with precision and discretion.Prepare engaging speeches, emails, presentations, and other materials that showcase her thought leadership and vision.Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring smooth information flow and stakeholder engagement.Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the Executive Director, including task management, reminders, and coordination related to household, travel, and personal matters.Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure seamless daily functioning and adherence to schedules.Help manage personal projects, events, and commitments with the same level of organization and discretion applied to professional responsibilities.Requirements:- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail- Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and project management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the development and cultural sectors- Collaborative and dynamic work environment- Professional growth and development opportunities- Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
