Business Central Support Specialist Job OpportunitySikich is seeking a highly skilled Business Central Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.This role involves providing support for Business Central users, diagnosing and resolving system issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.Provide functional and technical support to end-users.Troubleshoot system issues and assist with system enhancements.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes, as well as experience with ISV products. They will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smart-Sheets, with a strong written and verbal communication skillset.About the Role:The Business Central Support Specialist will be responsible for:Supporting clients with their Business Central needs.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Identifying recurring issues and suggesting long-term solutions or process improvements.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central.Proficiency in several ISV Products.PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience preferred.Manufacturing experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
