Technical Support Specialist RoleYou will collaborate closely with Client Success teams and support them by providing Tier-2 client assistance for software technical issues, working alongside the Engineering department to debug and resolve the problems.Main Responsibilities:Deliver technical support services to internal and external users including customer service teams as well as clients and partnersFacilitate communication and coordination of feedback and inputs to the development team, primarily based in IndiaAssist QA lead with quality assurance activitiesTroubleshoot technical issues independently with minimal support from the development teamCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers to quickly identify the root cause of their problemOffer workarounds to customers when a fix is expected to take time to be releasedProvide timely and accurate customer feedbackFollow up with clients to ensure issues are resolvedSupport the implementation of new applicationsContribute to procedural documentationManage multiple cases simultaneously.Evaluate and test new releasesPropose innovative ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for efficient operational processesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technologyAvailability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time)3 to 5 Years of experience with tech support for web-based business applications along with mobile interfacesProficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript (React) MySQL, AWSKnowledge in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logsExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk softwareExperience in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.Experience with texting and communication-based applications is beneficialCertifications in Linux, Java, web development, AWS are desirable but not mandatoryExperience using AI tools for daily tasksAble to think like a developer to quickly adapt to a developer role with minimal trainingAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communication
