Overview:
The Field Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving company revenue by identifying opportunities selling products/services and maintaining relationships with clients. They are responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization in the designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their requirements
  • Presenting and demonstrating the companys products/services to clients
  • Negotiating contracts and terms and closing deals to meet sales targets
  • Maintaining longterm relationships with clients through regular followups and excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve better results
  • Reporting on sales activities and maintaining sales records
  • Attending sales meetings conferences and events to stay updated on the latest industry trends
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams for improving product quality and service delivery

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Willingness to travel within the designated geographical area
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
