We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that drive online engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, analytical tools, and marketing trends, ensuring our campaigns achieve measurable success across platforms like Google, Bing, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms, including Google, Bing, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Align campaigns with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Oversee content creation, email marketing, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads), SEO, SEM, and social media efforts.
Social Media Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and social media managers.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, Snapchat Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Twitter Insights, SEMrush, or Adobe Analytics).
- Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively across campaigns and track ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, platform-specific content for Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and other social platforms.
- Leverage trends and viral content strategies to maximize reach.
Market Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, including developments on Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Test and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, Snapchat Insights, TikTok Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Certifications in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, TikTok for Business, Snapchat Ads Manager).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user experience (UX), and customer journey optimization.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail.
- Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
