Job Title:A Digital Transformation LeaderAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our mobile app and web portal development projects built on Microsoft technologies.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering project milestones efficiently.S/he will be responsible for managing projects involving Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure), ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.The Project Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing updates, and managing expectations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate efforts between onsite and offshore teams.Ensure clear communication of project goals, tasks, and timelines.Monitor project progress and resolve any roadblocks promptly.Lead a team of developers, designers, and testers.Motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.Conduct regular status meetings and updates.Guide projects involving Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure).Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.Collaborate with technical leads to resolve complex issues.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Microsoft technologies.A strong understanding of the insurance domain is a plus.Proven ability to manage onsite and offshore teams effectively.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
