Job Title: UK Payroll SpecialistAs a skilled and detail-oriented International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex payrolls with precision, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.End-to-end processing of semi-variable and international payrolls is key to this role.Maintain and update payroll records based on client communications in accordance with legislative requirements.Manage new joiners, leavers, pro-rata calculations, and termination payments to ensure seamless payroll operations.Calculate and reconcile PAYE tax, NI, and statutory payments (SMP, SSP, etc.) to maintain accurate payroll records.Handle Automatic Enrolment (AOE), Pension Auto Enrolment, and comply with all relevant legislation to support business growth.Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, year-end reconciliations, and Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC on time.Conduct regular payroll audits and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.Mentor junior payroll processors and manage critical client accounts to deliver exceptional service excellence.Requirements:1–6 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll issues.Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including [insert specific software].Knowledge of UK tax laws and legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments.
