Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Negotiations and Contract Professional to join our team for a 6-month assignment. This role will be based remotely in India, requiring minimal time-zone overlap for collaboration.The successful candidate will oversee the review of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), validate order documents, and manage contract workflows using established best practices.Review client templates and third-party papers for NDAs.Apply playbook rules, identify deviations, and provide clean/redlined versions with comments.Use redlining tools as implemented.Validate order documents against client instructions.Flag inconsistencies and prepare documents for signature.Manage semi-manual workflows and ensure smooth document progression.Follow contracting requirements and refine standards.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should have:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.A strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits:This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a global technology company and gain valuable experience in commercial contracting.What We Offer:We provide a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.
