Our company is a leading technology providerJob Title: Legal AssociateWe are seeking an experienced legal professional to own and scale our US contracting function.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE in a tech or fast-growth environment, with expertise in US commercial contracting and experience negotiating with large customers and procurement teams.This role involves drafting complex contracts, advising internal teams on privacy and IP issues across multiple jurisdictions, and developing scalable processes to streamline operations.The successful candidate will be a strategic doer who can disagree without drama and get things done.About the RoleDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.)Drive deals to close – partner with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interestsSpot and solve – identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical, business-friendly mitigationsAdvise across borders – counsel internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictionsRequirementsA qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, ideally in a tech (SaaS/product) or fast-growth environmentExperienced in US commercial contracting (enterprise sales preferred)Confident negotiating with large customers and procurement teamsAdept at privacy and IP counseling, including data transfer and AI-related issuesA strategic doer—equally comfortable drafting complex contracts and advising execsWhat We OfferAutonomy with impact – you'll shape the legal backbone of a growing global businessFully remote – work where you do your best thinkingHealth, vision, and dental coverageFlexible hours across time zones
