This role will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and outside legal counsel to ensure contracts are executed accurately, compliant with legal and company standards, and aligned with project requirements.Maintain a comprehensive database of all subcontractor contracts, ensuring all relevant details (terms, deadlines, deliverables) are up-to-date.Track contract milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action.This position is critical to maintaining the integrity of our contractual relationships and mitigating risks.
