The Process Consultant or Head Stylist at DAZZLES is the creative and operational head of the Fashion & Lifestyle Department. Leading a team of approximately 20 members across multiple levels, this role demands dynamic leadership, a sharp sense of style, operational finesse, and deep alignment with DAZZLES' distinct brand DNA.As the torchbearer of studio lifestyle, the Process Consultant shapes not just client experiences but the very spirit and ambience of the studio - ensuring that every moment, every interaction, and every visual carries the DAZZLES signature of timeless elegance and warmth.Key Responsibilities- Preparation- Conduct daily morning briefs with the team to align styling goals, commerce targets, roles, and emotional energy.- Ensure team members are impeccably groomed and emotionally ready to host.- Lead team huddles for coordination and creative alignment.- Oversee studio-wide grooming and visual merchandising readiness.- Set daily service strategies considering stylist progression models (Entry > Growth > Exit).- Performance & Operations-- Oversee live studio floor operations during client interactions.- Strategically place team members to match client profiles and styling journeys.- Implement and uphold the CCS (Client Profiling, Consulting, Styling) process flawlessly across all levels.- Maintain day-to-day discipline, flow management, and experience consistency.- Drive seamless execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly department plans.- Personally oversee high-stakes client engagements and HNI experiences.- Align commerce goals through authentic, needs-based styling, never push-selling.- Team Development & Mentorship- Provide real-time guidance, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to the styling team.- Create tailored growth plans for stylists based on Entry > Growth > Exit principles.- Identify training needs and lead developmental initiatives.- Build a high-morale team culture that mirrors DAZZLES' standards of grace, drive, and creativity.- Post-Performance Reporting- Collect and analyze both objective (commerce, styling success rates) and subjective (client satisfaction, grooming, emotional energy) reports daily.- Track team progression and client trends through CRM and Quantum Sheets.- Lead regular reviews to recognize strengths and correct gaps.- Prepare monthly Trend Analysis and Action Forecast Reports for department innovation.- Suggest strategies for stylistic evolution, team recalibration, and client relationship deepening.- Cross-Department Collaboration- Partner with other department heads to create unified client experiences across the studio.- Collaborate on special events, studio campaigns, cultural initiatives, and lifestyle enhancements.- Serve as a cultural leader ensuring a seamless, elevated DAZZLES journey at every touchpoint.Studio Lifestyle Ownership- Act as the ambassador of the DAZZLES lifestyle, ensuring that music, hosting, body language, and visual energy are always aligned with brand emotion.- Influence the intangible spirit of the studio - crafting an environment that is simultaneously luxurious, welcoming, and inspirational.- Embed style, warmth, and sophistication into the daily life of the studio.-Who You Are- A seasoned stylist with proven leadership experience in high-performance fashion, luxury retail, or experience-driven environments.- Intuitive, aesthetically sharp, and emotionally intelligent - with a passion for storytelling through style.- Energetic and detail-obsessed - balancing creativity with operational mastery.- Driven by client delight, team empowerment, and building experiences that endure.
