The incumbent would be responsible for Risk Policy & Risk management for multiple partnerships/own sourcing products under Digital lending vertical of the companyKey Roles & Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement robust risk policies for digital lending programs, including direct sourcing via digital channels and fintech-led acquisition models; ensure alignment of policy with the company's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for portfolios under management, identifying potential risks and opportunities to enhance risk-adjusted returns; Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks- Support new Partnership and program launches in Digital lending space; continuously refine the partner assessment framework to effectively evaluate associated counterparty risk- Oversee credit risk management activities, including credit scoring, underwriting standards, and portfolio monitoring, to mitigate credit losses and optimize portfolio performance- Ensure adherence to internal risk governance standards; Facilitate digitization of risk control measures to prevent possible non-compliance- Remain informed of ongoing regulatory changes specifically in Digital lending; maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to integrate risk considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.Preferred Candidate Profile:12+ years in Risk Policy or Risk Management roleExperience in Digital lending space preferred
