Vice President Digital Risk Policy

The incumbent would be responsible for Risk Policy & Risk management for multiple partnerships/own sourcing products under Digital lending vertical of the company Key Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust risk policies for digital lending programs, including direct sourcing via digital channels and fintech-led acquisition models; ensure alignment of policy with the company's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for portfolios under management, identifying potential risks and opportunities to enhance risk-adjusted returns; Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks Support new Partnership and program launches in Digital lending space; continuously refine the partner assessment framework to effectively evaluate associated counterparty risk Oversee credit risk management activities, including credit scoring, underwriting standards, and portfolio monitoring, to mitigate credit losses and optimize portfolio performance Ensure adherence to internal risk governance standards; Facilitate digitization of risk control measures to prevent possible non-compliance Remain informed of ongoing regulatory changes specifically in Digital lending; maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to integrate risk considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes. Preferred Candidate Profile: 12+ years in Risk Policy or Risk Management role Experience in Digital lending space preferred
