Responsibilities include recording interactions, providing information on products and services, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionWilling to work in rotational shiftsExperience in handling Customer Experience and delivering superior service outcomesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple customer interactions efficientlyBasic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM toolsPrior experience in customer-centric roles is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent;Salary Package: 18500/month CTC
