Job Experience Required
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing.
- Platform Expertise: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X and additional platforms (Amazon, Microsoft Advertising) are a plus.
- Targeting & Optimization: In-depth knowledge of targeting options across platforms and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize results.
- Budget Management: Experience managing media spend and preventing overspending on media plans.
- Analytics & Tracking: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track paid campaign effectiveness.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with clients and note down MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Listening Skills: Attentive listening and excellent note-taking abilities.

As a Digital Media Performance Operations Executive at Tidal7, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and managing paid digital media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll work with a dynamic team to grow digital advertising efforts through strategic paid media campaigns, ensuring efficiency and a high return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Set up and manage digital media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X).
- Optimization: Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and creatives to achieve KPIs like CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Ensure optimal spending and media pacing across channels, avoiding overspending.
- Ad Operations: Handle trafficking, tagging, and quality assurance across various platforms.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with creative teams to ensure alignment and co-ordination of campaign objectives.
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with the latest trends and algorithm updates, continually refining strategies for enhanced performance.
