**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**: 1. Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, in line with client objectives and budget allocations.
2. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
3. Set up and manage PPC campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.
4. Create and manage display advertising campaigns, including banner ads and remarketing campaigns.
5. Implement and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
6. Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
7. Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager and other team members to brainstorm new ideas, strategies, and tactics to enhance campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising, and make recommendations for implementing new features and technologies.
10. Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

**Qualifications**: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media advertising.
3. Proven experience managing PPC, display advertising, and paid social media campaigns. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 5. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
9. Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
10. Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms is preferred.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
