We are looking for an experienced **Paid Media Executive** to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our clients’ growth through effective paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Plan & Execute Campaigns**:
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels to achieve client goals.
- **Budget Management**:
Allocate and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spending.
- **Performance Analysis**:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- **Keyword & Audience Research**:
Conduct research to identify the right keywords, audiences, and ad placements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- **A/B Testing**:
Implement and analyze A/B tests to improve ad performance, including creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
- **Stay Updated**:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in paid media advertising to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2+ years in managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent knowledge of remarketing, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Proficiency in creating ad copies and creatives in collaboration with design teams.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues and find solutions.
