Role Overview

As the Hotel Development Manager, you will spearhead our expansion efforts in the Southern region. Your mission will be to identify, negotiate, and secure hotel management contracts and franchise agreements, contributing to the growth of our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential hotel properties for management contracts and franchise opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align opportunities with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Drive the negotiation and closure of agreements to onboard new properties into our portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel development, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the hospitality market in South India.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
