ExCo is a bootstrapped, profitable company backed by a team that has over 100+ years of cumulative experience in running, creating & producing experiential events across the world from Iceland to Japan and everything in between.


What you'll do?

TLDR; Manage, Curate & Produce bar-raising social travel experiences for groups. (Hotels, Flights, Experiences/Activities, Food)

Travel is core to the Experience Co. business & our members are some of the dynamic professionals & talent in the country. Think Director @ Netflix, Design Lead at Meta, Emmy award winning artists, International Art Project founders and beyond.


As an Experience & Production Manager at Experience Co., you’ll be at the forefront of creating immersive experiences for a community of founders, creators, leaders, rebels, and misfits. This role demands both creative vision and operational finesse to produce extraordinary residencies across the world, from Japan to South Africa.


At Experience Co. you will be involved in various aspects of experience design, planning, bookings, coordination and inventory management, budgets & building strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be curating hotel inventory across the world, building relationships & negotiating for boutique villas, handpicked airbnbs and 5-star luxury spaces.
  • As part of this role, you will be managing experiences in different countries across the world, picking restaurants, food hotspots, identifying top neighbourhoods, researching about party spots, activities & experiences that delight in culture & creative cities across the world.
  • You'll get to create life-altering experiences for a community of founders, creators, leaders, rebels, artists, designers, corporate misfits & beyond.
  • You will be directly working with the production team on destinations like Iceland, Greece, Japan, Spain, Iceland, South Africa, etc.
  • You will get to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, coordinate timings & outcomes with vendors all while prioritising resident experience on our trips.
  • You will be working in a dynamic, yet remote environment, and can expect a startup energy through and through, where execution is the focus.
  • In this role, you will get to use both your left & right brain, and dance between both to launch, produce, curate experiences across the world
